Senior Check-Out: Thursday, May 21 | 9 – 11:00 AM
- Senior check-out will take place on May 15 from 9 to 11 AM.
- You must be physically present to check out during the scheduled time; early or late check-outs are not allowed.
What and Where is Senior Check-Out?
Senior check-out is in the library and is when we verify that you’ve completed all graduation requirements. You will need to collect verification signatures from:
- The Librarian
- The Financial Secretary
- A Counselor
After obtaining these signatures, you will receive your graduation bag, which will include:
- Graduation instructions and graduation seating assignment
- Cap and gown
- Earned cords
- Parking map for the ceremony
- Final transcript and other items
Important, after receiving your graduation bag you should:
- Check your graduation bag immediately.
- Take a picture of your seating assignment. At the graduation rehearsal, you must go directly to your seat.
- If you are missing a cap, gown, or tassel, a Jostens representative will be on-site to assist you with purchasing any needed items.
Check-Out Form Available May 1st
- Check-out forms will be available in the Counseling Office starting May 1.
- If you have already completed the Naviance Exit Survey, a counselor can sign for that task before check-out day.
On Check-Out Day, You Must Obtain Signatures From:
- Librarian*: Confirm return of your Chromebook, charger, and any library books.
- Financial Secretary*: Verify that all fees and fines have been paid.
- Counselor: Verify that all graduation requirements have been met.
*Please note: The librarian and financial secretary will not sign your form before May 15.
To-Do List Before Check-Out (May 15th):
- Complete the Naviance Exit Survey in Naviance.
- Pay all outstanding fees and fines via Infinite Campus or in the Financial Office.
- Return all school materials (Chromebook, case, charger, library books) to the library. If you’re still taking AP exams, return materials after your last test.
Completing these tasks ahead of time will ensure a smooth check-out process for everyone.
