High school leaders are a key part of the life changing week for 6th graders at Outdoor Lab. Leaders go up with the 6th graders from Golden elementary schools and teach lessons, guide them and serve as an influential positive role models and mentors. They will be inspired by you and look up to you. Being a leader is an incredible, hands on opportunity to get leadership experience while you practice important skills such as problem solving, teamwork, communication, etc.
